V-Mount Crab Clamp Attachment

V-Mount Crab Clamp attachment.  This puts a crab clamp on a quick-release V-Mount mechanism.  It will attach to any of the V-Mount capable models natively as well as the Rim Buddy to give you the ability of mounting the Rim Buddy to a stand if desired.

If you have an older Drum Buddy that you would like to use this on instead of the Chrome Tom mount there is a retrofit kit available that will mount where the chrome tom mount currently mounts.

The Cyclops Mini will come with this mounting method as standard in late 2026.

The listing will default to adding the V-Mount clamp so if you are purchasing this for a Rim Buddy that already has the V-Mount clamp you can select the "No Clamp" option. And if you are purchasing this for an older Drum Buddy Original, Bigmouth, Popeye or Cyclops then you will need to select the retrofit kit option.  *Note, with the mounting location on the rear of the original Cyclops this would not be the best option for mounting to a hi-hat stand as it would potentially push the Cyclops into your knee so that that into consideration.
